Round Table Explores Palestine Competitiveness Rules

Upon the initiative of Mohammed al-Qaisy, teacher of the law of competitiveness course for Master of Law students, the Birzeit University Faculty of Law and Public Administration held on December 10, 2014 a roundtable on “Implementing Bodies for Policy and Rules of Competitiveness in Palestine."

The roundtable hosted professor Firas Melhem to explain a study he has prepared advocating ways to encourage competition, directed at the several parties that oversee these policies,

This roundtable was held under a European project that is developing a Master’s program in criminal law at An-Najah National and Al-Quds universities and creating a Master’s program in law and economics at Birzeit University,
